The LA Galaxy Alliance Club Program is an extensive soccer development initiative providing youth clubs with the best resources to reach their soccer and community potential. This partnership encompasses community programs, technical development, scouting, coaching, and soccer operations; giving the youth soccer community an unprecedented level of access to professional soccer expertise and involvement. The LA Galaxy shares coaching and organizational resources, creates a common curriculum and methodology for developing young players, ensuring the Alliance Clubs are central to integrating players into the Academy and preparing players for college soccer.

Each LA Galaxy Alliance Club was chosen based on its strong quality of players, dedicated coaching staff and commitment to the community.

Jovan Kirovski, Technical Director of the LA Galaxy, recognizes the importance of developing meaningful relationships with youth clubs: “Through our Alliance Club program and commitment to each of these organizations, we will play an integral role in the development of the area’s most talented youth players and coaches. Youth development is important and we have seen firsthand what a critical role these programs can play in local communities. We are excited and focused on improving and advancing the level of coaching and players across the country. We’ve been able to share a comprehensive approach in directly engaging our local communities and applaud the roles that the clubs have taken to make these relationships truly meaningful endeavors.”

Ross Greaney, Director of Coaching, LA Galaxy Conejo Valley “From curriculum to coaching education to fundraising to giving our players a tangible vision to aspire to – our new partnership will enhance everything we as a youth soccer organization do. I look forward to continuing to work with Rob Becerra and the rest of the Galaxy staff to ensure that all LA Galaxy Conejo Valley members enjoy the best youth soccer experience.”

Doug Easton, President, LA Galaxy Conejo Valley: “Conejo Valley United SC has operated a youth club soccer program in Thousand Oaks and neighboring cities for more than 30 years and in the past 5 years we have seen explosive growth. Building on that success for the future we are excited to enter into a collaborative alliance with the LA Galaxy that will give both our players and staff access to the resources, opportunities and a wealth of soccer knowledge that exist within the LA Galaxy youth and MLS programs.”

Johnny Caal, Marketing and Fundraising Director, LA Galaxy Conejo Valley: “One of our visions at Conejo Valley United SC has been to continue developing our youth within a healthy environment that provides opportunities and personal growth. With this we saw the opportunity of the LA Galaxy alliance as a great option to further continue our growth and achieve our goals and continue to grow our spirit of doing the right thing for our participating players, families, coaches and all of our surrounding communities. We feel that this alliance will further continue to help us offer more options, push us to work harder and continue our 30 years history within the soccer community as partners with a great organization like the LA Galaxy.”
